Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unopened, with all original packaging, and in its original condition. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used beauty products cannot be returned.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for beauty products that have been opened, tested, used, or removed from their original packaging.

We also do not accept returns for gift cards, sale items, or items marked as final sale.

Exchanges

The fastest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have, if eligible, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

Worldwide Orders

We ship internationally. Return eligibility may vary depending on your country, local regulations, and the condition of the product.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

However, for hygiene and safety reasons, beauty products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for return. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
