Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination country and local carrier operations.
- United States: 6–9 business days
- Europe: 6–12 business days
- Latin America: 6–12 business days

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information, allowing you to monitor the status of your shipment.
Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment.
Customs, Duties and Taxes

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
